I enjoyed the room layout and facilities in general. The folks are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. My only issue was that when I got there, I was told they overbooked and did not have the 2 bed suite that I reserved, and because all of the hotels in the area were pretty booked I had to settle for a one bed suite. Luckily it had a pull out couch, but it still meant I had to share my bed so everyone could sleep comfortably. The manager did make sure to adjust my price for the one bed but I still think it was unacceptable that the hotel would overbook on w weekend thy there was an event going on in town.

Bed was a little wobbly and the couch bed was a straight no period but overall it was decent and clean and the staff was friendly

I like that the whole facility is small and in one spot it's right next to a park and there is a dog park in town not too far away very pretty area I wasn't there very long but I felt very comfortable there

I was surprised to find a two bedroom unit at such a low price! The building and furnishings are older, but the beds were very comfortable!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Extremely helpful. The check out process was very simple. The A/C unit in our original room did not work, the staff had us in another room with a working unit within 5 minutes.

Thomas was great. He made sure our room had no problems. His customer service was emmaculate. I haven’t been to a hotel where the front desk was so helpful and understanding. Thomas exceeded in all of that. I definitely will be back & I also will tell a friend to tell a friend to book at Extended Stay. Thank you for making my visit easy and comfortable.
